Shipping policy


1. How long it will take to get my product?

It will take 2-3 days to make your product customization. Once we produce the customization on the approved design, it may take 5-7 working days to reach you. It can reach earlier as well.

2.  Does Picloon Creations Pvt. Ltd ship its products all over India?

Picloon Creations Pvt. Ltd ships its products to almost all parts of India.

3.  What’s your shipping charge for each order?

We are providing free shipping all across India

4.  Do you ship products on Sunday?

No. We don’t ship on Sundays or on National Holidays.

5.  How can I know the shipping charge for my location?

The shipping charge applicable for your order can be estimated by entering your pin code and details on the product page. The total sum will be the price of your product and the shipping charge. It will be visible on the checkout page.

6.  Will the shipping charge vary in the course of time?

The shipping charges can be modified by Picloon Creations Pvt. Ltd at any point without prior intimation. However, the new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

7.  How much time does it take to get the item delivered? 

Orders for non-customized products are shipped out within 2 working days. For custom engraved products, orders are shipped out after we receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation for the design mockup sent to you.

8.  Will I get the item delivered on the exact day displayed on the Order Confirmation Page?

The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout, and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Post shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be displayed in the ‘Order Details’ under the ‘My Account ‘ section which will help you keep a track of the shipment status of your order.

9.  Does the Covid-19 situation affect delivery?

During any unforeseen situations like the Covid-19 lockdown, delivery is subject to the government guidelines.

10.  Is there any chance to get the order canceled by Picloon Creations Pvt. Ltd itself?

Picloon Creations Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for the canceled product(s).

11.  Can I change the given delivery address after purchase?

You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order is shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.

12.  Is there any hidden charge?

You will get the final price during checkout. Our prices are all-inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

13.  Is Picloon Creations Pvt. Is Ltd available outside India?

Currently, we do not deliver to locations outside India.

14.  How can I track my order?

You can track your order status in this link: https://picloon.shiprocket.co/ with your order ID or the Airway bill Number provided by us from the shipping company.

15.  What if I’m not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help us deliver on time.
